Founded in 1972, Realty Management Services has earned the distinction of being an ACCREDITED MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATION (AMO) by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). AMO firms are experts in the challenges and rewards of property management. They stand out in the field because of their professionalism, integrity, and commitment to excellence.
Garret L. Randolph, President/CEO, holds the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation. CPM holders are educated by IREM and have the experience necessary to preserve and enhance the value of real estate assets. As economic and social factors affecting investments become increasingly complex, the need for highly trained and experienced property managers has never been greater.
